ORDERING

Where is your company and what are the sales terms ?

L’Atelier Paris SAS is registered under RCS number 822 163 796 and headquarted at 27 Avenue de l’opera, 75 0001 Paris. Please visit our sales terms page for complete details.

Which country do you deliver ?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in France. Please note we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

What forms of payment and currencies are accepted ?

We accept payment credit and debit cards from over 200 countries in 25 currencies, as well as PayPal.

How do I know my payment is secure ?

We use one of the world leading payment system Paypal. Every transaction is encrypted using advanced encryption technology.

SHIPPING AND DUTIES

How fast are orders processed and shipped?

Orders are prepared in 2 to 5 working days, then shipped internationally in 2 to 7 days with our partner DHL.

What are the shipping costs ?

Delivery is free in France above 150 euros and 20 euros worldwide.

Can I update my order or address?

You cannot change your address or any of the items in your order once it has been submitted, but send an email to info@latelierparis.com with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order in time.

How to track the order?

For all shipped packages, we send you by email the tracking number and instructions to follow the delivery.

Do the price include duties ?

We allow you to prepay duties and taxes on check out, so the price paid on our website is the final price for the order.

RETURNS

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@latelierparis.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take care of you.

What is your return policy ?

All purchases may be returned within 14 days to our warehouse in France. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. In France, all return costs will be taken cared of by L'ATELIER PARIS. Outside of France, return shipping will be decided by the customer, handling the expenses and practical details. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct $15 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund.
