ORDERING

Where is your company and what are the sales terms ?

L’Atelier Paris SAS is registered under RCS number: and headquarted at 27 Avenue de l’opera, 75 0001 Paris. Please vist our Legal terms and sales terms pages for complete details.

What is a Preorder and when will my order ship?

We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse. Once you’ve placed your order, you can double-check our estimated restock date on the product page, and we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.

What forms of payment and currencies are accepted ?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards from over 77 countries, as well as PayPal. You can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout. We accept the following currencies:

How do I know my payment is secure ?

We use on of the leading payment system Paypal.

SHIPPING AND DUTIES

Which country do you deliver ?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in France. Please note we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. 

How fast are orders processed and shipped?

What are the shipping costs ?

We cover all the shipping costs so it is free for you.

Can I update my order or address?

You cannot change your address or any of the items in your order once it’s been submitted, but send an email to info@latelierparis.com with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order in time.

How to track the order?

For all shipped packages, we send you by email the tracking number and instructions to follow the delivery.

Do the price include duties ?

We allow you to prepay duties and taxes on check out, so the price paid on our website is the final price for the order.

RETURNS

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@latelierparis.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

What is your return policy ?

All purchases may be returned within 14 days to our warehouse in France. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct $15 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
